Dr. Negar Chooback, MD FRCPC is from Iran and has lived in Canada for 23 years, the last two here in the Bay of Quinte Region. She came here to work with two of the doctors she trained with in Kingston. When asked what she loves about living here in the Bay of Quinte region this is what she had to say: ‘My favourite think about living here is my patients. They are so appreciative, and it makes me feel so good when I can help them feel better or at least help them navigate a very difficult time in their lives. I have to say, of all the places I have practices, this is my favourite place to be a doctor.
